Job Overview 
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, property maintenance, and equipment repair. This role involves diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, performing installations, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards. The Plumbing Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of plumbing systems for our clients.

Duties 
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Install and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems. Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical components related to plumbing systems. Collaborate with HVAC/R technicians to ensure integrated system functionality. Weld pipes and fittings as needed for repairs or installations. Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Build and design custom plumbing solutions based on client needs. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Skills 
Proficiency in property maintenance with a focus on plumbing systems. Experience as a service technician with hands-on skills in equipment repair. Knowledge of HVAC/R principles as they relate to plumbing systems. Ability to weld and work with various materials used in plumbing applications. Familiarity with using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles. If you have the skill to be sent to jobs alone you will be provided a company van and gas card.

This is a full time position and some OT occasionally, with a paid rotating on-call schedule. The pay will be from $18-$40 per hour depending on your experience. Plumbing School is an option if you are not already licensed.
